How can I schedule a new appointment?

New and established patients can book their appointment or initial consultation by either calling one of our staff or booking directly online. You will be taken to our patient portal page where you can fill out your information in our secure HIPAA compliant EMR platform online.

If you are an established patient. You can schedule your appointment with your preferred provider. If you need multiple treatments with different providers, call our staff and we will accommodate a time based on your specific needs.

Is there a consultation fee?

Yes, there is a $50.00 USD consultation fee which is due at time of scheduling. This fee will be applied to treatment service. This fee is non-refundable if you do not show up to your appointment.

What happens if I cannot make it to my scheduled appointment.

Call our staff as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it or will be arriving late to your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying us, a $50.00 USD fee will be required to reschedule your next appointment.

What can I expect the day of my appointment?

Please arrive 15 min earlier than your scheduled time. This will ensure time to fill any necessary forms. All forms can be prefilled in our secure HIPAA compliant patient portal.

What can I expect during my consultation?

Our trained staff will review your medical history, evaluate and make custom recommendations based on your skin and wellness goals. Expectations, advantages, and complications will be discussed. Our medical staff will offer education about our treatment modalities and any questions you might have.

What if I can’t make it during your office scheduled times?

Call our office and we will attempt to accommodate an appointment that meets your availability. In addition to our scheduled hours, we offer concierge medical treatments upon request.

How does your at home Mobile Concierge Service work?

Once your appointment has been scheduled and confirmed, our physician will travel to your home or agreed on location. Current concierge services include neuromodulators (Botox/Xeomin) and dermal filler injectables. IV therapy services and oxygen therapy as an add on service can be scheduled upon request.

How can I schedule a private aesthetic or corporate event?

You can make a request in our Contact Us page, via email or by calling our office.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged to any returned check. We also offer Care Credit for those who qualify.
