Booking Policy

At True Bliss Medical, we aim to provide exceptional care and service to every client. To secure your appointment, we require a $50 deposit at the time of booking, which can be paid via credit card by phone, a secure payment link, or Zelle at trueblissmedical@gmail.com. This deposit is applied to your treatment or serves as a consultation fee if no procedure is performed. We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting your deposit. No-shows or late cancellations after 9:00 AM on the day of your appointment will require a new deposit to reschedule. Both deposits will be applied to treatment costs. Please arrive 15 minutes early, as arrivals over 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling with an additional deposit.
