1. General Policy
Gift cards issued by True Bliss Medical may be redeemed for eligible services and/or products unless otherwise specified. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
2. Expiration
All gift cards expire two (2) years from the date of purchase. Expiration dates will not be extended, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
3. Redemption
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or purchase and may be provided as a physical card, coupon code, or printed email. They may be applied toward eligible services or products. Any remaining balance beyond the gift card value must be paid by the customer.
4. Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
True Bliss Medical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Replacements may be issued at management’s discretion with valid proof of purchase.
6. Partial Use
Unused balances remain on the gift card and may be used for future purchases until the expiration date.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Gift cards may not be combined with certain promotions or special offers unless explicitly stated.
8. Policy Changes
True Bliss Medical reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase or use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
