Wellness Consent

We welcome you to our event. Everyone comes to wellness events for different reasons please let your hosts know of any injuries or relevant medical information, especially if you are new, if your situation has changed or if you have a new host.

The golden rule is if it does not feel right then do not do it. We encourage you to stop whenever you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance if you are unsure about whether the activity or instruction is right for you. If it’s not possible during the event, then talk to your host after the event. We are here to help you get the most from your experience. We are here to support each other. The event is about developing energetic awareness and finding solutions to support change if change is necessary or desired. Remember, YOU ARE ENERGY.

Talk to the host before the event about any reoccurring or new issues that may affect your experience so we can offer extra guidance.

I understand that wellness meditation and wellness events may include physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress management and frequency/sound energy work. As is with any activity such as these, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will cease the activity and ask for support from the host. Wellness meditation and wellness events are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This event is not recommended and may not be safe with certain medical or psychological conditions. I affirm that I am responsible to decide whether to participate. If my health condition should change I agree to fill out a new Waiver of Liability form and advise the host. I am not pregnant. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against True Bliss Medical and their representatives.
